The Homegrown Park Crawl was a lively, eco-inspired musical parade that brought people together to celebrate Toronto’s green spaces through music, local food, and hands-on environmental action.

As part of the Homegrown National Park Project (2013–2016), the event featured musician-led walks through parks along the city’s former Garrison Creek watershed, with stops for live performances, food from top local restaurants, and community-led greening activities. The Park Crawl showcased how urban parks can be hubs for nature, culture, and community, while supporting efforts to rewild Toronto’s neighborhoods.
